  • You e-mail your problem to us, we pass it to the most suitable person and they will contact you with the solution.

What if we can't help?

  • If we can't help directly, say because the fault obviously needs someone to visit, we'll try and put you in touch with an engineer in your locality who can help. You decide if you wish to use them, and make your own arrangements with them directly. But WE WILL ALWAYS try and solve your problems ourselves first.

Where does it operate?

  • Although this originates in Brighton UK, our network is growing fast and we have engineers in place in a number of areas worldwide.
